Implementation

A clear path from contract to live.

Most districts go live within a single semester. Every step has a named owner on both sides and a written success criterion.

  1. 01

    Scoping call

We meet with your IT director and product owner to map your current systems, integration points, and timeline. No sales theatre.

  2. 02

    Configuration & data migration

We configure your tenant, connect your SIS and SSO, migrate historical data, and validate against a small pilot group before going wide.

  3. 03

    Staff training & rollout

Live training for site administrators, async video for end users, and a phased rollout by school or department so nothing blows up at once.

  4. 04

    Ongoing partnership

Direct access to the people who build the product, and a roadmap you can see. This is a small team by design — the person who answers your question is the one who can fix it.

FAQ

Questions districts ask first.

No. Each product — Venue, Podium, Transmit, Assembly, Folio, Empower, Compass, Blueprint, Align, and Pulse — is deployed independently. What they share is the part that usually costs you money elsewhere: one sign-in, one database, and one place your roster lives, so a second product does not mean a second integration project.

There is no per-integration surcharge and no charge for the shared platform underneath — you pay for the products you run. We will put a written quote in front of you after a short scoping call, once we know which products and how many schools.

Rostering is built around a district-scoped external id, so anything that can export a roster as CSV or JSON can drive it — that covers every major SIS, since they all export. Sync is idempotent: re-running the same file changes nothing, and the response tells you exactly what was created, updated, and left alone. If you want a direct connector to your SIS rather than a scheduled export, that is a conversation to have, not something to assume from this page.

Every product has its own isolated Postgres schema, and access is enforced by Row Level Security in the database rather than by application code remembering to check — a rule the database holds applies to every query, including the ones written later. Data is encrypted at rest and lives in Canadian infrastructure (ca-central-1). Sign-in runs through your existing Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 tenant, so we never hold a password. Bring your DPA and privacy requirements to the scoping call and we will answer them specifically rather than in marketing copy.

You get direct access to the people who build it — this is a small team, not a tiered queue, and the person answering has read the code. Ask us about response commitments during scoping and we will tell you what we can actually hold to in writing.

That is the bar we build to: low training time, mixed device fluency, and limited IT support are the realities of public-school staffing, not edge cases. The honest way to judge it is to put the product in front of two of your own staff during the evaluation and watch, rather than to take a number off a website.
